Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS

All regular price items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached and be accompanied by an original sales receipt. 

Bodysuits and undergarments are final sale. 

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments. 

Sale Merchandise

RETURNS

Sale items can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached and be accompanied by an original sales receipt. No refunds will be given on sale items. 

Sale items purchased with an additional discount are considered final sale. 

Sale items purchased with a discount greater than 50% off are also a final sale.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card.

 

How to Mail Back an Online Return

If you would like to return your order by mail, click on the link below to initiate a return. Once it is approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how and where to send back your items. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.

Your package should be post marked within 2 business days from approval. Once we receive your package, you’ll receive an e-mail letting you know that either a refund to the original payment has been processed or that a store credit has been issued. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund on your credit card statement.

 

Exchanges/ Returns in Store 

Online orders can be exchanged and/or returned in store as per our above policies. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached and be accompanied by an original sales receipt.

International Return and Exchange Policy

All returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration form. Returned items that do not have this checked off on their custom declaration form will be refused and returned to the sender. Return shipping and customs fees are the expense of the purchaser. Custom fees will only be incurred if the custom declaration form does not have "return of Canadian merchandise" properly indicated on the package.
