CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We are not able to change a shipping address after an order has been processed. Additionally, we are unable to redirect a delivery once it has shipped out.
REFUSED PACKAGE/WRONG ADDRESS
In the event that an order is sent back to us due to the package being refused or undeliverable for any reason, you will be charged the return shipping fee. Once the package is in our possession, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
We do our best to ensure that all items on the website are in stock. However, some discrepancies do occur and some items can in fact be sold out. In the event that an item you have purchased is sold out, we will notify you within 24 hours through email and refund the amount for the item to the original method of payment.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been submitted we are unable to make modifications to size, colour, etc. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
